Hey,
Im a pre powerstroke driver as well. I got a 7.3l International out of a 1991 f-350 crammed in my 1978 f-250. I love the thing though, its got some power.

I'm also 17 and love the simplicity and mystery of my 7.3 idi, but sadly I hate when people expecially parts people call it a Powerstroke.

haha!!! i know exactly how you feel!!!
i have to correct the guy at the auto parts store several times while looking up a part for my truck that its NOT a POWERSTROKE! lol
i love everything about these trucks and there engines, the power, the sounds, smell, engineering, simplicity, and their individuality.

I havent been down here in a while, actually, I wouldnt have come here, but I was going to the ohio section and I saw "IDI diesel", so I dropped in.
I live in the IDI section and rarely go anywhere else, only when I'm bored.
17 years, 4 months, and 13 days. But who's counting????

Cool!
All of you should put your first names in your sig so that we can "be on a first name basis" A little more personal that way.
