I think the new hemi requires 91 fuel. I'm shure the 6.2l would lose quite a bit of power on 87, might not even run right. Its a very good idea to look at the minimum fuel requirements.
The hemi is 89 recommended, but it will run just fine on 87. Its 390HP/407 ft-lbs was actually achieved on 87. Higher grades of fuel will get you more power.

Running the higher octane E85 the 5.4l puts out 320hp and 390tq.
But it drops your mileage nearly into the single digits. The flex fuel dodge 4.7 is the same as well, drops mileage WAY down.
It has been said many times before, the problem with the 5.4 is that its valve are not particularly large, so it cannot breath all that well, but it still has a large stroke vs. bore letting it have plenty of low end torque.

Thought the 2004 change to 3 valves took care of that? Isn't the 5.4 the longest stroke on a V-8? Something over 4"? The 400 was right at 4" Where do the 460 and 5.4 stand?

Ok thanks for the info. I should have looked it up.
One of my issues with E85 is the poor mpg and availability also. I have no clue where I could get E85 in my area.
I think that the Rambox is a great idea, personally, but I have two concerns:
1. Bedspace. It takes up quite a bit of width.
2. Toolbox. Can't get one. It's only available on the crew cab shortbed.
I agree on that it takes up a lot of space, but all that space it uses is also available within the box it self. Plus it is lockable so you could use it as a toolbox as well. It goes as far as the wheel wells would normally go, so you can still fit a piece of plywood in the bed.
But I agree about it being weird its only available on the 5.7 ft. bed. Would make a ton of of sense on regular cab long beds or 6.4ft beds.
