Super crew 2001 PSD which 4"is best

Well that says it, which 4" lift is the best for me, I just want to put 295 under it right now, and 2 or 4" is as hi as I need to go pulling with the truck. How much should I expect to pay for a 2" to 4" lift.

thanks,
Usmc1775
