94 F250 Engine size 6.? liter ,good engine?
I just bought a 96 F250 4x4. I have pretty much always had Fords. So I traded my GMC Jimmy for this truck the man said first it was a 351 and when I went to pick it up he said it was a 6.9 or 7.6 liter. So I don't know as I have only had a 302 that was in my F150 and 4.0 in my Ranger or Exploder. So what size is it most likely and is that a good engine? Please tell me it is good I don't want or need a lemon as my Jimmy was a money pit...
Thank you,

Most of these trucks 42% are 5.8L (351ci), The other possability 25% of these trucks is a 7.5L (460ci)
Check the 8th digit of the VIN it will either be a "H" for the 5.8L or a "G" for the 7.5L.
Hope this helps, it's not deisel right?
