Don't know about 5000 miles, but my buddy's 05 had 2 of his hydraulic roller lifter go bad in his at 60,000 miles. (I don't think he changed his oil but twice since he bought it) and had to have them replaced. (Whole set, of course) They use those roller lifters which lose less power than the older style, but reading on it, it seems posters are torn between whether or not they even have lifters. They do. I seen 'em.
