You will need these 4 O-rings and 2 gaskets:
2-1C3Z6C610BA Thick Green O-rings

2-1C3Z6K649BA Thin Blue O-rings

1-F7TZ6A636AAA Gasket

1-F4TZ6A636A Gasket

If you have a NAPA nearby, purchase some Sil-Glyde to lube the O-rings good before installing the ends on the cooler. I have done the cooler years ago on the old non-PSD by tapping the ends back on with a rubber tip hammer. Not too bad of a job. Drain the Radiator and them remove the block drain on the driver's side before you take off the cooler. Watch out for the oil and coolant left in the cooler when removing.

NAPA shows to have them included a Conversion Set (lower engine gasket set). But, they are not listed individually. Runs about $160 for the set. You can get just parts needed from Ford or one of our sponsor sites for around $60. (4) O-rings (2) gaskets .... Check with the FTE Parts Guy. He may have them as a kit.
