Have you visited any of the long time boat shops in your area?

I found two NOS 427 long blocks, and several crates of parts, also NOS, a coupla years ago at a boat shop in San Pedro, CA.

I heard that there are several new in the crate Y blocks at one boat shop, but it's in Alaska.

hey bigwin i'm hurt to think that the rest of us y-blockers don't count just because we don't own a truck. i know at least a dozen y-blockers in ohio, including you, most of us work on our own because we want it right, like you. it cost 2-3 grand to rebuild a sbc also, you know if you put 5 grand into a y-block it's a better investment than stocks. instead of worrying about how much your losing on your stocks you could be out driving around in your rebuilt ford truck and feeling great about it. just a thought, wayne.
