NO! Those are outstanding FSA's (Field Service Actions .... A.K.A. Recall) that need to be done.
I misread the post. I thought the only items showing up as completed were the two recalls. I didn't realize those were not completed. Yes, they are important.

It looks like this vehicle was previously a rental and was also registered as a taxi at one point. It doesn't speak well to its maintenance that these recalls were not done.
