I've seen a 6 door Dodge before, back around 1996 or so.

LOL looks like it needs a lift axle whoever extended the frame didn,t do a good job they should have used some better steel.
At my old job we had a hydro-vac truck that was long and sagged like that it was no fun driving down the highway the back would sway from side to side.

Wow...
Reminds me of the Camero body on the Bronco frame that runs around here...
the bronco frame has a 3-4" suspension lift.

That's not sag. It's an optical illusion. The frame is straight, it just doesn't accomodate the curvature of the Earth underneath it....

But look between the cab and the "sleeper"... it looks like the sleeper tips toward the cab at the top.
