Front Seat pads

I rode in the passenger seat of my truck for the first time in over five years and it seems so much higher and frimer. I'm 6'3" 220 lbs so the seat faom seems to have settled. Is there a way to just change the foam. The seat itslef is not torn.

Yes, in fact I have a replacement foam and bottom leather for mine sitting up. I have the same size trouble and am prepared for it. I think the foams are in the $75-125 range from Ford, you can probably get an upholstery shop to build a new one or build your back up for much less.
