By AAA I am thinking you mean AA, as in the old heavy trucks made during the Model A era? If so, then yes, Ford did make heavy trucks, up to a rated 3 tons. They did not really have a name, such as AA or anything, just as Heavy Duty. With aftermarket equipment many of these trucks actually did work heavier than 3 tons.
Or did you mean AAA as in Auto Club?
