Ok not a truck on the outside but mostly a truck underneath.
It is 2002 E150 with the 5.4. Looking for a tuner for milage and firmer shifts when towing.

as for your 89, If its carbureted and not fuel injection there is no programmer for it.. you gotta do it old school way with physical mods like diff carb and cams etc... the OBDI standard was very limited

 

The '89 is efi but you're right the route to more power is the old fashoned way, change the cam, add headers, etc. There are "chips" available for these trucks but they're a waste of $$ since the same results can be had for free by simply advancing the timing.
