Shift Kit Question for AOD

I saw a listing for a Baumann Ford AOD shift kit for sale. I'm not familiar with this brand. Anybody know anything about it? The kit is supposed to be new. Guy is selling it for $20.
Thanks in advance.

i know nothing about it but i do know that if you tighten the tv cable on the aod transmission just a little like 1mm or so you can get it to shift firmer without damaging the trans, when i did the carb swap tv cable adjustment was the hardest thing to get right, if you don't know what your doing i wouldn't mess with it

These guys know Ford trannys so anything they sell should be good, from the description on the web page it sounds like a very good kit.

I put one of the Bauman kits in my 89 F150 5L. What a difference it makes for towing and general driving. Besure to add the kit to the valve body that increases line pressure. It is not much more than the shift kit itself. They have a website to check out all their stuff. I highly recommend them.
