fresh rebuilt winsor 4.6 knock

ok so i have a 97 f150 and i spun #8 rod bearing on it last sept. the crank was junk so bought new one and bored .030 over went through every thing, had heads redone, every thing. got it together got it in the truck with new crank and one new rod new bearings and went to start it for first time this morning and it ticks very loud sound like drivers side but also sounds like passenger side to thought it was just the lifter not geting oil at first but is seems to loud. it still dose it it dose get faster and slower with rpms, is it another rod that was shot that the machenist didnt measure right.
or will it go away first time ever rebuilding modular motor or ford for that matter

Make sure you have your torque converter bolts tight. I'll had them work loose right after a rebuild and sound exactly like a rod......Scared the hell out of me. Let me know what you find.

Check the compression. Maybe something came off in the valvetrain.

its not the torque converter bolts, i thought it might be a lifter bc i didnt put them in oil to soak so i thought it possibly wasnt pumping up, and the sevice manual said start it let it warm up then run it at 3000 rpm for 1 minute then let it cool down and it should be fixed, so i did that work so idk and i took the valve cover off to look at the valve train an it all looked good but idk what to do know
