They are usually bled by filling the master and pushing the slave rod in and out slowly by hand until no more air bubbles appear in the master. Once it is bled, you can install the slave into the bellhousing. Unless someone has a better idea...

 

The only better idea is to buy the complete pre-bled assembly from Ford and just stick it in. Otherwise, what he said.
