LMC Trucks has everything you will need. for the fuel system. Pages 115 to 117 in their latest catalog. They also have all the body & bed mounts. If you happen to wind up with an extra XLT dash trim molding for the left side (in front of the blinker switch and to the left of the odometer), I will be glad to purchase it from you. LMC doesn't have the chrome ones from XLT's any more. It's part #15 on page 42 of their catalog. Good luck.

Doug

Will not rot, or soften over time. They do make for a little rougher ride as they will not compress like rubber.

After closer inspection of my lines its only the return line that is rotted away. Everything else still looks like new. Got teh gas tank out, put a hole in it in doing so. So we seved most of it since it still looked good. But then we took it out to the burn barrel and lit it off to take out some aggression. I planned on replacing the pump and tank anyways.

Got to RocK Auto for fuel tanks, dirt cheap, they were cheaper WITH S&H than any local place.

Fuel lines, you might have to buy tubing, and bend them yourself.

Thanks guys.
Replaced the rear main seal tuesday night. Since everything was off the truck i figured now was the time to do it. With motor and tranny still completely intact with the frame and eachother.... it took 2 hours start to finish. Thankfully i had someone there who knew what they were doing. But we found another problem. Passenger side motor mount is bad. Like it came completely apart. Frame is completely cleaned up. I made a couple of plates to weld in next to where the gas tank goes as it was starting to get a little soft. Gonna weld those in prolly saturday night. Then actually plumb the return line, put in the new crossmembers, and apply Chassis Saver to every inch of metal.

Plates are almost completely welded in. Gotta take out the crossmembers so i can get to the ends of the plates. Gonna head out and do that hear soon. Been working on my cousins truck most of the day and my toes and fingers are still numb. I'll try to remember to take more pictures....

The only difference is the Filler Neck, You will have to get a longer one. Why are you getting rid of the step side?
