4.6 clutch behind a 4.2l

Anyone no anything about clutches? I got a great deal on a LUK clutch for a 99' f150 4.6 p/n 07-130 but I have a 4.2 that calls for p/n 07-129. All dimensions are the same, Duralast p/n for both engines is the same so I would have to imagine they are damn close to the same, maybe a friction difference. I got whole cluch kit for 50 bucks and I do tow some moderate stuff. any info would be great

I do not know for certain, but given that the Durlast PNs are the same, and the fact that both engines bolted to the M5OD manual transmission, I'd install it without worry.
Seems like you would be able to tell if there was a problem with mechanical fitment when you went to install it.
