I have installed the DP Tuner with 80 econ and 120 race tunes. I believe the numbers are meant to represent HP increases. That is, the 80 econ adds 80 HP to the 225 SAE HP in the 7.3, or a total of 305 HP.

Wondering a) whether this tests out on the dyno and b) what the torque gain is.

Anyone have the data?

I'd actually say it performs more like my old V-10, which had, according to the specs, 310HP.
