Lighted door sill's:Like or Dislike

So Recon lighting came out with these "Superduty" Lighted door sill's. They are available in red and blue. I have been looking at the for the past few days and i think they are growing on me. i want your opinions and which color you would prefer.

FORD blue on black. No contest for me. Chrome will get scratchy looking after a while.

Blue on Black works for me but I wouldn't by them considering they are 300 dollars for each pair of doors. Also considering Recons products have been sliding down hill along with a non existant customer service.

Red on Black....But I have a red truck. Blue on black is nice too. I could go for a set of these.

Blue on Black with my White truck. I saw $200 (still a little steep) instead of $300.

I voted for the red/chrome since I have a red truck and my favorite color is chrome. lol. I agree though, they are a bit to pricey for my taste.

I have bought some big rig light bars off of them with good luck but alot of people have had alot of troubles like you posted there Mike.

Yea JD, i,m sure their fine to deal with but just wanted to post this for you guys to see what this fella went through. One thing i wouldn't do is mess up with internet forum sales, that will kill a business in a heartbeat. Hope they get their chit together.
