It will depend on what programs you have on your computer to use. Most picture/photo programs will allow you to resize the image and save it smaller. Make sure you keep your aspect ratio the same i.e. if you reduce the width by half, reduce the height by half, or you will have a funny stretched picture. Most likely your digital camera software has editing software in it. If you have MS Office, several versions have "Microsoft Photo Editor" with it. You can use that easily to do it.

Ok there is a easier way if you do not want to deal with resizing your pictures (but if you have microsoft paint on your computer, and go to image, then resize and skew you can adjust your image that way).
Go to photobucket, and set up an account, its free, and very very easy to upload pictures to. Then after you upload a picture to there, copy the image code and paste it in a post in here. No need to resize or anything.
