Attaching Rocker Rails

I'm hoping that someone with some experience can help me out. I am having custom fab'd rocker rails with intregated hoop step made for my Excursion. I am wondering whats the best way to attach these once they are done? I want to secure them to the frame rails as well as the pinch weld area, but I'm not sure if I just use standard SS bolts, washers and nuts to accomplish this. Btw, they are going to be made from heavy gauge aluminum so welding them to the truck is not an option.

Thanx for any suggestions...
