Sorry I didn't mention it earlier. Awfully selfish of me. 
It is a credit card with a no carry over balance, so balance has to be paid. Make sure you request at least 2 cards. Makes it much easier for the wife and kids to go inside and get the extra food and drinks while you are gassing/fueling up.
I was really impressed with many of the FJ/Pilot stations that we went to had the separate RV fueling station with pumps on both sides of the vehicle. That is a fantastic convenience when pulling a TT.... but of course you get the BEM's (booger eatin' moron's) that fill up the vehicle and then leave the vehicle at the pump while they go drain "their" tank.
