Yes, this woman has size TRIPLE F's, and wants to go to TRIPLE K's. Her family and doctors have told her not to. She has to go to Mexico to have it done.

Guys thats gross. I would be falling over all the time. But look at the bright side, at least she won't need a face lift with that much weight.
