I have almost 28,000 miles on mine. MPG's never seemed to improve with break-in, but runs great.

we're running 25 6.4 units and all are between 5000 and 40,000 miles. High mile unit is using coolant but can't find where it's going, others are having fuel issues. I'm being told we're the only ones having these problems (according to the forums), the two people who own regular F-250s/F-350s aren't having major problems (one radiator exploded before the recall and the other hasn't had any issues other then a door rattle).

Sorry to hear of your problems. Monte the truck's you have problems with are they the 350/250? On good note sounds like there is more positive then negative on these wicked truck's. I am waiting for a few more Km's on my truck then DPF gone and spratan here I come. The few of you that have Spartan and DPF delete do live far enough north to know how it acts in real cold weather?

20k and not one problem. Do not like the regens but everything else is great. Getting a tuner in the future and will take care of the regens. Mileage has not increased.

There are some guys running them up in Red Deer, Alberta Canada I am sure they will chime in if you direct a post towards them.

Around 33K on my Job 1 F450.

Warranty repairs include 2 radiators, and one DPF.

The truck has the high CGWR package (33,000 lbs), and it tows this amount on a routine basis with no issues.
