You guys get a good shot - post it over to me. I can do wonders, as you have seen.

The Championship is now on round three, and I neither confirm nor deny that one of your pic's is the background for a poll header *snikkerrezzz*

One item we all need to think about: the group photo.

Last year, it was almost an after thought. I know that Neal said he has been up in that area recently and wondered if he spotted a location that would work for us. I would think one on a slight hill so we could tier the shot so it wouldn’t have to be so wide. But in a pinch, the field next to the city hall/government offices would also work, as it did last year. I would suggest setting a time, at minimum, on the schedule so that we can plan around it

Also, any plans to hold a Cade’s Cove run during the time as well?

Just some food for thought on these topics. And if you are not signed up yet for the event, do it ASAP. It is a great time for everyone – especially when the diesels put the gassers in their place!

Sorry, had to say that
Mike,

Haven't been ignoring you...we just returned from a 2+ week vacation pulling the camper...

Group photo...I like the idea...perhaps Neal or some other local fellow can scope out a spot for the group shot...some advance planning will certainly go a long way...last year it turned out good but man we were close to losing all of our natural light weren't we!

Cade's Cove is on my agenda I'm not sure how many want to go...Perhaps this could be a weekday (Friday or Monday?) earlier in the day run for those that are interested?

It sure does look like the PSD's will outnumber the V10's this year...but that's cool...us V10's can hold our own...

Lastly...I'm with Mark...hopefully Greywolf can make the rally to take his own photo!

Joe

Cade's Cove sounds good to me also, I'm flexable after all it is vacation. With you Joe on us V10's can hold our own.

We're talkin' about GATLINGURG TENNESSEE, is that right?

If that's so - I neither confirm nor deny that I might slither on out that way just to see if all four cylinders in G-1 are banging in sequence!

East of Knox and Nash - Hmm.... I could maybe do it if I drive at night. But no tents... And I WILL not spend big bucks on a motel.

Also no Rufuss.

Okay, alright - he looks just like a normal Labrador to most people, yeah I could lie. But I need a shell on my truck to let him ride with me. Fortunately he can be looked after while I'm away.

"PIT BULLS".
"DANGEROUS"....
What idiot wads!

I'm still thinking about it.

Rally T-Shirts are READY...

Here's the official 2009 Gatlinburg Rally T-Shirts...

Those attending the rally watch your email for a link later this afternoon for how to place your orders.

You'll also be able to order hats this year!!!

Let me know if for some reason you don't get an email later today if you are signed up for the rally.

Deadline for orders is July 5th so I can get them ordered, printed and delivered to me.

I hope everyone likes the design.

Joe.

Nick,

The way I have the shirt order site set up is for me to have all the shirts bulk shipped to ME and I will hand deliver the shirts to the rally goers.

However is someone wants shirts or hats that is not going to the rally, in addition to the cost of the shirts and hats, they would have to pay for actual shipping costs from my home to your home (we can figure out actual shipping costs off-line) PM me and we can talk I guess.

Chris and Robert,

Excellent...THANKS!...glad you like them...can't wait to finally meet you guys in person...

Joe.

Jeff,

Last year we actually had a few folks join the rally from a situation much like yours so I hope you can make it work...Friday night is the Meet and Greet night (fancy words for drinking around the campsites getting to know everyone!) and Saturday is the Go-Kart racing (Had a BLAST last year) and then Saturday night is our pot-luck dinner night...

So the weekend is a perfect time to stop by!!!

Thanks for the compliment on the design...I think it came out pretty good...but I'm biased...so thanks for the compliment!

Hope you can make it happen and we can meet you at the rally...

Joe

Greywolf,

Since this rally is a non for profit rally...I really don't have the funds to purchase a bunch of different sized shirts in hopes of selling them at the rally...right now I have an email out to the rally goers for ordering purposes so I know how many of each to print.

I will PM you some information if you are interested.

Joe.

bigjake12,

Thanks for the compliment on the shirts...

Sorry you can't make the rally.

I didn't mean to make is sound like anyone not attending the rally couldn't order a T-shirt.

If you are interested in ordering a T-shirt or hat, send me a PM and we can talk about actual shipping costs (I'm not looking to make money on the shipping of these shirts).

Joe.
