picked the truck up last night. total bill was $3,855.11
there was a lot of hidden damage.
the back and neck pain are just a dull twinge now, so that is almost done with. they finally found the foot pain is a shifted and broken talus bone.
it is now reset, and the pain is also down to a dull twinge. but i can now walk without crutches or any support besides the elastic "sock" for the torn tendons.
and to celebrate, i am having a few beers.

Well finally got my part from Warren Auto Wreckers and it is right. My Dad had to basically wait there half the day for them to get it though because they had gotten the wrong part at first. At least they were apologetic and sat with him while he waited and someone stayed late to get it off the car for him. Now I can get this clunker out of my driveway after dinner at Red Robin. Thanks for those directions a long time ago Tom
no problem Sean. i found another red robin, on rt #3, about 5 miles west of the turnpike on the east bound side.i havent gone there yet, just noticed it yesterday driving past.
