Nevada Nov B.S. thread Anything Goes...not quite

Good morning everybody. Did everyone survive the goblins and ghouls last night? 6 bags of candy were running out by around 8;15, had to send my daughter out for more. We have Obama at my son's highschool today. I had to drop off my youngest at 6 friggin' o'clock this morning to sell water for his volleyball team. O'dark 30 in the morning and the parking lot is already filling up. Anyways, Have a great weekend.

last night was my first real reality check in regards to the recent economic developements...my family and I live in a semi rural area of town and we went trick or treating in an adjacent tract developement..there weren't many lights on and alot of the houses were unoccupied...the kids had a great time..for us adults, we were pretty taken back...things are sure to pick up..just sad to see..

otherwise, it's shaping up to be a nice weekend in So NV...

Our neighborhood was a lot less decorated this year too. Alot more people pretending to be not home as well. Still seemed to be a lot of kids out though.

I didn't say Nevada. There are plenty of places as you go north from Las Vegas without a lot of population though. How you doing Cliff?

Northern Nevada looks better all the time. It's just that pesky need to make money that gets in the way.

Doing ok. Unfortunately I need a place that stays warm year round or close to it.

You wouldn't want to go too far north, then.
