Yes, it can - if it gets wet it releases all kinds of acids and bad stuff right on the paint. The humidity is so low (single digits) that there was no dew on anything this morning. The wind is blowing off-shore.

A lightning speedo? That could be a tough find.

 

Yea. I checked in with one of my wreckers that I normally do business with and his computer is showing only one and that one is in Georgia.

I am going to call them today to find out.

 

$150 for the lightning speedo. Now I just have to get $150. Plus shipping of course.

I found a Lightning flame face plate on ebay and was wondering if I was to put it on my speedo if it could be reprogrammed for the lightning face plate.

Called Ford up as well and asked if they could reprogram my speedo if I was to put the lightning face on it and they said it would be a minimum of $100 and no guarantee that it would work. And they no longer sell new speedo's for mid 90's lightnings.

 

$100 minimum and won't guarantee it will work? I'm in the wrong business
