Axles and gearing with new tires.

I bought 4.56 gears for my f150 because i thought i would need them when i put on my 36s. i guess from what my dad says it still has a lot of power. I want to have 4.56s in there when i get some money. I would also like a strait axle front. If I could find some heavier axles in the want ad that are geared 4.56 do you think I should return my gears and just wait to get new axles? I could definitely use the money right now since I already went over my budget for my truck. what sould I do?

also what years of f350 have IFS if any?
