Is there any way to find out if a used vehicle that you buy has had any previous recalls performed on it, say by it's VIN?? Thanks

You can pay for a Carfax report but it doesn't tell you everything about recalls. Mostly damage reports, mileage, number of previous owners. You need to get an OASIS report from a Ford dealership. They don't tend to give those out to the general public though there are some techs on this site who will do it.
