My compustar pro system is supposed to be able to start on a clock or by temperature. http://www.compustar.com/products/P2W9000FMR.htm
The non-pro model doesn't have the same features and they forbid online sales of the pro models. They do have a handful of installers you might be able to purchase one or have them install it.

I'm fairly certain my Autopage RS1000 allows you to set it to start at a certain time or temp, I've never tired it though.
It definitely does have a timer to let the glowplugs warm up though, as that is how mine is set up. However, since you have the 7.3L you should be able to hook up to the wait to start wire and the remote starter will wait for your glow plug light to go out and then start the engine. There is no wait to start wire on the 6.0L so I have to use the timer.
