HeavyAssault, think you could resize the picture and re-posted? I'm curious how you managed to plug weld it.
I was thinking of placing a plate over the opening and securing it with the clamp, but I'm afraid that it may not work, and I definately don't want anything to be sucked up by the turbo.

That is my signature picture of my truck.....I'll see if I can find you a shot of the up-pipe.
The plug will fall into the T portion of the up-pipe, you will weld around the inside edges and seal it up nice and tight.
Disregard the fact that the lower pipe has the "T" cut off, but you can see there is a plug welded inside.
