Hey, just joined and this is my first visit. I just purchased my first ford truck, '03 F-250, know nothing about them but am excited to learn. I have a lot of reading to do and am looking forward to years of good ownership. It will mainly be used for rental and commercial property maintenance and winter driving.

Great to be here!

Doing some Research

Hi all, I am not only new to this forum, i have never owned a truck (or even a ford) before. I have, however, wanted a big ol' ford truck since i was a little boy, and I have decided to make that dream come true.

SO, I am currently in the market for a superduty. I am trying to get educated before i make a decision on exactly what i want to get. This forum came HIGHLY recommended by a good buddy of mine.

Hi guys, I've been kicking around the forums for a few weeks now and have finally registered. About 6 weeks ago I purchased an '03 F-250 4x4 extended cab XLT with the 5.4L and 110k on it. I've wanted an F-250 for years. These by far are the best looking bigger pick ups on the road. I was looking to upgrade from the '97 ranger and found this truck for 9k which seemed like a good deal. The interior is mint and only a few almost unnoticeable dings in the tail gate. Does need the driver side running board and the little 2 inch very bottom piece around the front bumper. It's mainly used as a work truck anyway. Well enough ranting..just wanted to introduce myself, and say that I think this site is the best Ford truck Forum site, I think I'll definitely enjoy interacting with everyone and gaining a lot of knowledge. I'll try to get some pics of the truck up soon.

New be

Hi,

I have been searching on here for about 2 years now and never really but anything on here becouse there is so much info I find alot of the time what I am looking for. When I was deployed I wanted to come home and get a desiel tp pull my quads and when I came back for RR my wife surprised my with a early 99 F250 crewcab. It was a great truck but I wasn't sure it had enough life left in it and when I came back for good we sold it and found a 2003 F350 that was spotless in side and out. It already had a 2 inch leveling kit with 35 inch BFG's. A full banks monster exhaust with an airraid filter system. The guy I bought it from said he did not have a programer but when i got it home founf the cable to a EGT probe still in the manifold. Well a few days ago We just picked up our first toyhauler an extremem 28 foot widebody. I am getting ready to move from WA state to upper NY and starting to worry if the 6.0 will make it. I love the truck though.

Hi all.
I am a new member now living in Ashland, Oregon. I have a 2000 F250 Super Duty Crew Cab XLT 4x4 5.4.
I bought my truck 7 years ago.
I have lifted it, added Lariat wheels and 305s, added fog & driving lights, K & N intake, big exhaust, etc.
When I lived in California, I commuted daily with it for 2 years. I now use it for winter commuting and Home Depot runs.
I ride motorcycles most of the year.
Looking forward to reading up on this forum.
Thanks.
Chris

Hello FTE people! Im a newbie with a new/used 2004 F350 Lariat SD Crew Cab LB 4X4 6.0L stock with 4" Banks exhaust and 82k on it that I bought in August 08, my last Ford was a 1967 F100 Camper Special Ranger with a 352 that I regret ever letting go 16 years ago. My wife and I are NW natives and long time snowboarders in the Cascades and we plan on purchasing a truck camper (self contained of course) for summer camping and winter slope side RV parking. We hope your collective knowledge and experience will help guide us through our new Ford adventures.

Hi, newbe here, just joined today. Been a Ford guy since my first truck, a 1970 F100. Moved up to a 1978 F-350 Supercab and currently have a 1994 F250 S/C with a 7,5 L motor. It's a great truck. Most likely in the next year I'll be moving again, most likey to a V10 crew cab. This is a great forum from what I've seen so far.

New Guy

Hey Ya'll
New guy here, just bought a 2004 F250 PSD with 86000 on the odometer. I had no intentions of buying a truck this big but I was looking for a 4x4 and at the price I got this for I couldn't pass it up. I'm looking forward to learning more about my truck through this site and actually getting and playing in the mud a little(just to keep everything working right).
