Hi ya'all, Great site. Couple ??'s for anyone that can help. First up, I feel like an oaf for this one. Been under my truck a lot,( 06 F-250 SD)and never paid attention to where the rear end breather tube goes. After busting some deep snow drifts I noticed it hanging from rear end,the end is swelled like it was on a nipple but I can't seem to find a naked nipple any where back there. Help please. My next issue is a little more serious. DEATH WOBBLE, My truck is lifted, done at 4 Wheel Parts and it was done correctly. Even put twin steering stabilizers on it. But around 45- 50 mph or slight left bend in the road and it starts ta buckin and jumping like all hells breakin loose. Almost uncontrollable. I can handle it but I shouldn't have to! ( And what about the guy behind me talking on his cell?) I know more people are have the same problems w/ stock trucks. Whats the latest intel/info on this, please bring me into the light. Again, great site, thanks for having me. Sorry to start off with problems. Very frustrating!

Long time reader, new member

Great site! I can spend hours reading all the great posts.

I became a Powerstroke owner in July. Found a 2004 f350 King Ranch Crew with 28,000 on it. Although I have been driving diesels for years, this is my first pick-up with a diesel. I'm lovin it!

Will be asking some questions as I go along. Right now, I'm trying to decide whay to do about the oil cooler situations. Hopefully, I'm early enough into this truck to save some problems now.

Again, great site!

Howdy all, new forum member here. I've got a 2000 F250SD with the V10 at just over 171k miles so far. Doing some research on a 4x4 problem I'm having and it looks like this is a great resource!

Hello everyone!

I've been a guest at Ford-Trucks Forums for a while now. I finally registered more than a year ago, but I'm getting ready to post on the forum.

I was a Chevrolet fan. Actually, I still am a Chevrolet fan for the 1500 series for the current times. But, when GM decided to change the designs of the Chevrolet 2500/3500 series in 2007, I started looking at the Ford Super Duties for a real heavy duty pickup truck.

Good man. Welcome back to the site. You'll find that many here will be more than happy to agree with you about the merits of a 250/350.

Hi there, my name is Vinny. I am currently a second year mechanical engineering major at the Univ of Akron! I've always been a die hard Ford truck man. I have a 2000 Ford F-250 6.8L V-10 (My family also has two 06' 6.0s that I do just about all the work on too!). It is a blue/green shortbed with a supercab. I love my truck and use for everything from mudding, plowing (until this year), commuting, hauling, and everything else you can think of. I'm excited to find a group of people who love their Ford as much as I do! I cant wait to meet you all!

At my age, being a newbie a big thing

Want to say Hi to everyone and let you know that I just joined your membership and hope that I can enjoy your company and your wisdom.

A few years ago I bought a used 2000 F-250 SuperDuty Diesel 7.3 4x4. It had about 70K on it and now has 130K. Almost every mile has been trouble free. I bought it for the express business of pulling a new 11,500 lb 5th wheel camper. I installed a K&B air cleaner, a 4' stainless steal exhaust , a Juice on the go programmable chip.

Wife and I are retired now for about three years and when we can, were pulling that fifth wheel someplace. Last year we stayed three months in Florida and are trying to go agian this years only for four months. Hope to put many more trips on and a few of them going to the west.

I do have some questions from time to time and I was referred to this thread to get some answers and a great bunch of Ford enthusiasts. That's it about me what about you guys and gals.?

Hi all...new to the Forum, been a GM guy for many, many years but switched to Ford earlier this year. I drive an 08, F250 Super Duty with a 6.4 diesel, and my wife drives an 09 Flex. We both love our Fords, should have switched years ago!!

Lift Kits

hello everyone my name is Jason and i am fairly new to the hole forum thing and i was wondering if you all could help me out. I have a 2005 F250 and i want to put a 8" lift on it but i am unsure of what one to get i know there are many on the market these days but i don't want to get something that someone else has had problems with in the past. Is there any way that you could give me a few pointers as to which one i should look at getting.
Thanks,
Jason Stanley
