New to forum, but love all the great info. I am in the market for a new (used) truck, preferably no older than 5 years and am trying to decide what to go with. I live in Northern Ontario, Canada, with cold winters and poor roads. Need a 4x4 that eventually i can put a plow on, as well as haul boat trailers down bush roads, and do the occasional 4000km trip down south and back. Like i say there is a ton of info on here and i'm glad i found it. Just trying to decide on a 250 or 150. Cheers
Kevin

Just joined today, but have been browsing the info on these forums for a while. I love it

Good stuff.

This is only my second Ford Pick-Up experience, my first was my father's 1983 F-150 straight 6, candy-apple red, she was a beaut... I drove it from '86-'89.

Talking 89 f-150

I've been in for a few months, but, this is my introduction. It is a great site and lots of information.
Trigger is a SC-shortbed, 4.9L, 5 speed, over 250K miles. I have installed a Lock-Rite and regularly pull a 9200 lb. TT all over. She just keeps on.
Next project is a 95-97 SC with 4BT, maybe an Allison this time. I may be getting shiftless as I age.

Hello All, I have been a member for a lil while but just recently decided to actually join in on the fun. I have a 94 Bronco that I have had for 4 years and pretty much done everything too ( 6 inch lift and lots of other stuff) and just recently ( last week ) bought a 02 7.3 F250.

Here's my Bronco ( tires and a couple other things are different now)

Howdy Yall

So, after a long, sordid love affair with vintage VW's, and Toyota 4-Runners, I finally ended up with a grown-up truck.

I needed something with a little more oomph to pull my toys, a 21' Boat, and 26' Camper.

I sold my '90 Toyota 4-Runner a few months ago and picked up a 1999 F250 V10 Extended cab. 140K miles, Fabtech lift, MT MTZ Tires, Magnaflow Exhaust. Absolutely love the truck. It pulls everything with ease, and my boys love the back seat. Plenty of room. Just right for a family weekend fun truck. Great for the beach, too. It rides/drives great for the lift, and I like the V10 as much as it likes gas...

It's not my first Ford. I owned a 1989 Full Size Bronco with a 6' BDS Lift on 33's that was in remarkable shape, that I regret every getting rid of. Big, easy to work on.

Anyway, I've been lurking the forums and glad I found this place.

Howdy Y'all,

Earlier this month I was either blessed / or cursed with buying my third Ford Pick Up Truck. The first one I owned was a 95 F150 then an 04 F150. I just purchased a 95 F350 7.5L, V8 Gas with a little over 140K miles. I won't mention price cause I believe I got a good deal and don't want to get my bubble busted . I'm finding wear & tear problems here and there but over all it will do what I bought it for tow a 27' gooseneck trailer full of horse meat, and a couple of goats just incase a hurricane comes a knocking. Hopefully, I can get some technical assistance and good ideas from this forum.

New Owner

I just became the proud owner of a 2004 F250 Crew Cab Long Bed Lariat. It has the V10 and just under 100,000 miles but it is in flawless condition. The only signs of wear on the entire truck are on the Rhino bedliner. I bought it for projects and weekend fun and I have to say it's very nice driving something I fit in (I'm 6'6").
