Hello all, I just purchased a 1999 F-250 Super Duty 5 Speed. It has the 5.4 with 179k miles. Runs great and I am just going to use it as my 2nd vehicle. So far so good. I'm sure I will use this forum to answer several questions I have.

Greetings everyone, I just traded "Big Red" my trusty 1992 F150 XLT SC 8'box. Big Red gave plenty of good service, If it wasn't for the $4500 clunker deal I'd still have her.

Picked up an 09 F150, 8 foot boxes seem to be few and far between here in Michigan. but I found one. I lurked for a few days gathering 09 F150 info. Nice site, good work admins.

New to the site as of today and it looks like a good one with alot of good folks. I own a 2002 F250 Super Crew 7.3 4x4 s.b. that I bought new and she now has 185,000 on the clock and runs like a top. Diablo chip, 4" straight exhaust, elect radiator fan, K&N intake, shift kit, train airhorn, etc. Had her on a dyno in Miami in 07 and had the chip tuned. Traded a 2000 F250 Super, V10 that was a sweet truck. The wife drives a 2008 F150 Lariat Crew Cab, s.b. with the 5.4. As you can see we be FORD owners. The 02 is my 6th Ford truck.

Good to be aboard.

New to site

Just wanted to introduce myself. Names Brian, and I am out of Southern CA. I just picked up a 2006 F-350 Lariat, Powerstroke. Silver, 4" lift, loaded with all the goodies. Bought it primarily to tow and use as a second vehicle. Doing a few additional things to it to personalize it to my liking, but for the most part it is got what I want. I'll get some pics up when I have a chance.

Just saying Hi,
Brian

bill from DE.

Hey everyone. New to this forum, so glad I found it. Picked up a 04 LAR SCREW in December. 2WD only. Love the truck. Been tinkering with the stereo. Looking at CAI and exhaust. W/ 2 little ones, the budget is tight, but I managed to sneak in a new ida x303, some polks for the rears and a pair of mb quarts for the front. I also snuck the new plug-n-play Alpine amp by the wifey....or so I think.
this is my second ford truck. I had a 1991 Bronco back in the day. Man i loved that vehicle....

Bill

New member from Las Vegas

Happened on to this site while looking for some instrustions for changing oil/filter and fuel filters. Great stuff!!

I have a 2006 F-250 PSD with 56,000 miles. Main reason I bought it was to tow our boat to the lake - the Expedition would tow it just fine...just wasn't convinced it would stop it if I REALLY needed to slam on the brakes.

Looking forward to reading and learning.

Regards

New and breaking it in....

So, I've got 563 miles on my new f-250.....after reading the "break in" thread, and following the instructions to the T. What now? There is so much information and tech advise on the site I'm not sure what I should read/do first...

New from NorCal

Currently have a 2006 F-150 crew 5.4L with 25k miles. Thought it would tow better, so now I'm looking for an F250 diesel.
