we inherited my father-in-law's 2005 F250 PS when he passed away 2 years ago. i've been driving it as my daily driver, and while the fuel efficiently stinks to high heaven, i wouldn't change it for the world. i love driving it and my wife does too! i'm a newbie to the whole PS world, but i'm learning more and more everyday through forums like FT. thanks much!

New Very Happy Ford Owner

Hello everyone!

I just bought an '08 F350 with the 6.4L diesel. I love this truck!

I do have some questions that you all may be able to help me with. My receiver hitch is 3 inch rather than 2 inch. Is there an adapter? and if so, who sells it?

Thanks!

Timothy

I have an early 2002 f 250 the radio stays on when the key is out and the door is open. The door locks don't work at the same time. It seems to happen when the truck is hot. But its starting to happen more often and know when it is cold. Does anybody have any idea what this might be?

Hello to all - I just purchased a 2004 F350 CC 8' bed 6.0L PS. I am really excited and happy to have it. I am a do it yourselfer so I will be checking out the wealth of information available here on this site. I can now take my motorcycle with me on camping trips - which I could not do previously with my short bed Silverado.

Relatively New to Forum

I have a '05 F-350 6.0L CC DRW Lariat. Love it. Brag all the time. It works. Thinking about getting an '08 same truck. Thoughts, comments, PRO & CON. This is a work truck to pull car trailer.

Thanks!

Hi, can't belong to enough forums... I have an '02 F-250 V10 and am having some issues, so thought I would do some searching here and see if the problem is common. Thanks.

Talking Newbie

Hello, I purchased a 2001 Excursion XLT V10 a few months ago and I love it. I had an Audi A4 and grew out of it with the birth of my fourth kid. And I was NOT getting a minivan. LOL I really needed the extra storage room behind the third row. I lurked on this site and found it helpful. My interior lights were staying on and my door ajar light was staying on as well. Another site reccomended WD40. I was about to run out and spray away, and then on this site I saw a post that said to use silicon lube spray and not WD40. It did the trick and for good measure I spray about once every other month. I also read about the door locks issue and will be replacing all of them asap and will be referring too a step by step of the replacement procedure I saw here. Ill post pictures soon of my stock Excursion.

Hello Y'all
I am the Newb here
just bought a 1985 Ford F-350 4 door I think it might have a 370 but could be a 429 or 460 Having serious thoughts about a full restor on it.

Guy said it had 80k mile on the body/trans and 60k on the engine
very little rust and runs with some minor mechanical issues
Well i only paid 1500$ for it!
will try to post some pics later
