Hey all just joined a few days ago and have not had a chance to post My hello.
I have been directed to this site a few times in the past from google about questions I have had. Just never joined. I have just up graded my ride from a F150 eddie bauer(sp?)4x4 to a 99 F-250 SC SD 4x4 Triton V8. What an awsome truck I am pretty sure it is all stock except for maybe the rear springs. They look like they have a UPS shipping label on them. I am going to try to contact the last owner to see what is up with the truck and to find out all I can. I will have some questions for all you experts I am almost possitive. Glad to be here and look forward to learninf from you all

Hello from the UK

Hi All, I have just joined this forum, so please go easy on me
I am the very, very proud owner of a '06 250 Lariat Amarillo 6L V8 Diesel.
This is my first US truck and I am very impressed so far.
I bought it to tow a fifth wheel which I am currently in the process on importing from the US.

What do I know about US Trucks? Not very much.......Yet,........ that's why I have joined so I apologise in advance if I ask stupid questions

Thought I would check in just to make it official. I've actually been a member of this site for more than a couple of years. I started out here looking for info for my 78 Bronco on advice from my brother-in-law. I sold that and bought a new truck back in 2004 to haul around my 2003 SVT Cobra to the track. It has taken me until now to come back here and check out the site again. My truck is a 2004 Lariat CC LB DRW 6.0L diesel. Great site, great people...lots of good info.

Hi everyone. Been snooping here for some time and have decided to join. Very informative site and fun to read everyone's advice. We have a 1999 F250SD 4X4 ext cab, V10 with the dreaded 3.73. Have to say that I have been pulling a 28' fifth wheel and double hitched with an 18' fish and ski boat for a couple of years with this truck and have had no problems. Really amazed at the pulling power and performance of this older truck.
Thanks for the site, look forward to reading and learning here

I'm a Ford Man again

Drove Fords all my life until I bought my 01 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 Quad Cab. This past weekend I purchased a 2000 F250 SuperDuty 4X4 Crew Cab Shortbed with the 7.3 liter diesel and auto transmission. Love the truck.

At this point I'm not looking to do any mods. I'm just looking for info on good maintenance and improving my knowledge of this truck. So far I've driven about 200 miles and am loving it.

I'll be using this truck to pull my 8000 pound fifth wheel camper, which should be a great improvement over the Dodge.
