I'm a diesel fan, so i like the 6.blow, the f150 is sick, and that ranger is killin me... any vids on the 460???

 

Not yet, I finished it after last years race season. I'll have some come warmer weather, though!

As for the 6.blow, the truck is great, just parts are rediculious. For example, I just bought a new air filter from the dealer (cause all the parts stores say its a dealer item) and paid $75! For an air filter, really is Ford that desperate to line their executives pockets that they have to screw the consumers?

 

wow, that's crazy! ...and i can put a better than stock filter in mine for $25...i think i'm sold on the 7.3 for good!

 

Wait until you have to replace the worn out clutches in your rear track lock. That'll cost ya a cool $200 just for the har parts, not including gear oil, a new gasket and the labor to do it if you don't do it yourself.

 

get there when we get there...she ain't cheap to maintain compared to my honda, but i knew that when i bought her. *shrugs*
