Truck Shutter/Vibration when braking

Any ideas? I have a 2004F150 FX4. Out of nowhere I started getting a shutter throughout the truck when braking. It is very noticeable when braking from 35 - 0 mph. Getting rougher in the lower speeds. I did notice tonight that when I got to 35, while braking, and let off the brake the shutter still continues. I changed rotors and pads this morning. Still there. I had the tires pulled off and balanced. Still there. It has not gotten any better. What should I try next? Are there any TSB out there that might cover this condition? Thanks.

Did you check the parking brakes on the rear??...they are known for hanging up and causing troubles like this.

Irishammer,

Thanks for the reply. A friend of mine that works for Ford is going to look at it tomorrow. He said the same thing. He also thinks Ford had a known problem with the parking brake and put out message traffic on it. I hope it's something simple like that. This could get expensive when you're troubleshooting a vibration. I will let you know the outcome
