Yea the night before the multch next to that red stuff was on fire and it burnt under it and was smoldering all night. The next morning after a visit from the DM they kicked the lower corner and exsposed the smolder to air...... more fire. Thats when we showed up, almost 18 hours or so later.

My department has black gear and it can be difficult to see who has the new stuff unless you look at the refletive trim.
