I'm about thru my stock tires and I want to know if I could get a little more rubber on these 17" rims without rubbing when turning, etc... Does anyone know from experience how large can I go? Currently have P265 70/R17 Goodyear Wrangler RTS.

 

If you do a little trimming of the plastic on the front bumper and crank the torsion bars up 3/4" you will be able to clear 33"x12.5"x17" on the factory rims. I have this set up on my 2003 super crew and even at full compression, they do not rub.
