Sirius Radio Keeps Updating

I have a 2007 Expedition EL Eddie Bauer with the factory navigation system with Sirius. Starting about three weeks ago (about the time Sirius and XM merged) my receiver keeps updating -- prior to that it was working flawlessly.

Now, during a typical one hour drive listening to Sirius, the receiver will go through an updating process about every 15 minutes. Each time it finishes with a message "Subscription Updated". I called Sirius today and they told me to have my dealer look at it. Sounds more like a Sirius/XM issue.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Please let me know before I take it to the dealer.

I've seen that happen once with our Charger. It also has factory installed nav and Sirius.

I have a 2008 Expedition Limited and mine has done it 2 or 3 times and that's it. That was a while ago though, recently I have had no issues.

mine did this every day for a week, but then stopped two weeks ago (knock on wood).

I also have an '07 with navigation. As far as I know, my sirius has never went through an update while I am listening to it.
