Miles on your 04-08 F150-List
I'm stealing this from a tread under the "Ranger" forum. It went pretty well in there and I thought it was cool. I didn't see one listed under this board but if there allready is one I am sorry.
Name the year, trim, millage and any things you had to get repaired and/or replaced.

Replaced the leaking third brake light with whole new assembly
Driver side ball joint
Rear pinion seal
I think that is about it there maybe more but I can not think of them. Even with those problems I love my truck and would not trade it for any other brand.
