need front and rear fenders for my 55, was looking at mid 50`s fiberglass front and 3inch wider ones for the rear, wondering if anybody has a pair of these on their truck, wondering how good the front fenders fit?? quality ect

 

I have glass front fenders from Mid fifty,they are made by be-bops,they have served me well. they have been on the truck for 8 yrs. and no issues. They fit well, a little tight around the air deflectors, the glass is thicker where the front gravel pan bolts on. I had to redrill some of the holes on the gravel pan. Overall they are well built.

 

some for sale on ebay from a place in garden grove ca. don't buy them to many flaws. mid fifty has the best quality. be-bop makes them when ordered.

 

One of my front and one of my rear fenders was in such poor shape, after everything was taken off the truck that I needed replacements. I went with Dennis Carpenter's metal fenders and found the fit to be good (not great, but good) and would recommend them as another alternative.
