basically you need 5 o-rings,bolts should be reusable
the 4 small o-rings should be about $3 each at ford not sure about Y-pipe o-ring

So If I am just pulling the turbo out and the Y pipes I only need this

And does any one have part numbers for this?

2 each
F4TZ-6N653-A
F4TZ-6N653-B

you don't realy have to replace the pedistal o-rings but once that close you should

both are pedistal o-rings,takes same 2 o-rings under turbo and pedistal
that's why I said 2 of each
at the dealer you should be able to buy the four small o-rings and the Y-pipe o-ring for about $20,but I don't have the number for the Y-pipe o-ring

I had new orings for all and reused my old ones because I liked the way they looked compared to the new ones when I put my GTP38R on. Opinions vary but so far so good. I mean I had the new stuff from Garrett and still reused the old. No problems as of yet. I call them spares now.

Definitely reuse that one. A new turbo won't even come with one of those.
