My wife and I just wanted to pass along a WARNING to any one even considering using "HARDLY HEATING".......don't!! They have the worst customer service we've ever delt with. As for their installation of products, you could get a better installation by going down to the job center and getting day laborors. We can't believe they call themselves professionals. We've wasted a whole afternoon waiting for them to come and finish a furnace installation they started two months ago. They were supposed to show up after 1 this afternoon finally call us at 4:30 to tell us that they can't make it today. We'd really like to jerk out the whole system and shove it up their AXX, but it's already in and too late. It just burns us to be treated this way and it's been ongoing for the last two months
So save yourself some grief and don't even give "hardly heating" a second of thought.

Ok yall; here's another good one for you about Hardly (Hardy) Heating. They came out today to finish their installl. The filter housing measures 14x14x1. They installed "a filter" as we found out later. The lazy cheap a$$es took a 14x30x1 and cut it down to fit it in. How cheap is that? One thing is for sure I'll never ever recommend them. Their work is shoddy. Their employees are lazy, careless and basically don't give a $#&@!
If any one cares to disagree or wishes to see the install themselves, then pm me and I'll invite you over to see the cacca themselves!!

Okay, now I know it's been cold the last month, but do you think it's been so cold that your gas consumption would increase by 129 ccf since last month? Also during this same time we have gotten a new stove (electronic ignition v/s one with pilot light constantly burning.
So much for Hardly Heating and their installation of a Coleman high effiency gas furnace. The only thing that they and the furnace seem efficent at doing is draining my wallet.

at first I was thinkg "well.. if anyone was named Hardly anything I wouldn't go there" but I see now it was a joke. I had them come to my mom's house and install a new furnace in her duplex.... 4 months ago It's still not done properly. They came out last night and said "Ma'am, it smells like gas in here" We opened the door to the furnace room to show them where the smell was coming from and there was a F'ing FIRE! After getting the fire put out they said "wow, that sucks.. we'll replace it for 300 dollars"
Mom: No. You will take it out COMPLETELY for FREE otherwise I will call so many lawyers you wont have any to choose from, then I'll shove this burnt piece of S*** up your Axx until you gag on it, in which I'll then duct tape you to my wall and allow my cats to play with your little members until they're gone! WHICH WILL IT BE?!?

..go mom! =D

My mom got a full refund, and they had to pay a contractor to fix the fire damage. We had taken them to court and when they're lawyers heard what happened, they said "Your honor, I would like to pull out of this. I couldn't make them seem innocent of this if I wanted to." Like, how cool is that?!

i hate that sicilys pizza they suck! i ordered a pizza with all the meat you know like a meat lovers or whatever.. and it came to me with NO MEAT!! man was i mad.. so i called them and told them to come get my damn pizza and bring me the right one.. and they laughed at me on the phone! anyhow after allot of swearing and threats of comming down there.. they brung the right one.. and i ate it even though they probably did horrible things to it.

Wow... kinda sounds like my dad. He called me last night, and was like "Michelle, what's nine minutes mean?" "Uuhh.. it means... nine minutes? I don't really understand your question.." "Well can you believe it?!" "Believe what?" "I called Pizza Hut, and they said the damned pizza would be here in nine minutes!" "Oh.. those.. evil evil people?" "No, you don't get it.. THAT WAS TWO HOURS AGO!" "Oh.. dang.. call 'em!" "I did, an hour ago saying it'd leave with the next driver. I just called again and they said ten minutes and THAT was 45 minutes ago!" "Call Chinese next time.." Kinda funny, I think.

I'd pay more for that at times,of course those that speak the native tounge down here do seem to take pride in there jobs that i,ve seen them do. Maybe that heating company needs some Hispanics.
