Horrible Stutter/Hesistation

Was headed home yesturday and out of no where the truck starts to stutter/hesitate real bad. The engine would still rev up, but it acted like it had a lot of continuous misses.

The after market tac went crazy. The CD player restarted. And I had no blinkers.

Staretd up and ran great this moring, but started acting up again after 5-8 or so miles.

What in the world could affect the cd player, blinkers, tach, and (maybe) the ignition?

I would suspect low voltage. Check the battery voltage with the engine running, it should be around 14.5 volts.
