Seems like a good deal. Could combine this frame/axles with the body pieces mentioned in another thread and the start of a good truck.

this frame is like how i got my frame a (1977 F-150 swb 4x4 with complete 3:50 front dana 44 and 9 inch out back with a np205), accept i was lucky and got the np205 with it! and it was stored away for 14 years! it had only surface rust and still had spots of original paint on the frame, and i paid 500 bucks Canadian, that is a steal up here in London, Ontario Canada! which is prime rust belt area and every old car and truck have rotten frames around here unless they where never driven in winter and few dentsides if any where parked in the winter, they where worked 365 and many 4x4s served as plows and dealt with the worst of the road salt, now its been sandblasted and sprayed with epoxy premier and is in frame off resto with the rest of my truck

 

This is nearly false advertising, you say "With everything", then immediately say the leaf springs have been removed, it's then "not with everything", right?

 

Okay, I get your point, but these aren't that expensive depending on what kind you get. Plus, I'm only asking $100. Can you get a 9" rear end, front end dana, steering box, and a perferct SHORT BED frame for that? I think not. This is a steal.
