Lots of places to get a spool...
Moser Engineering
Summit Racing
Randy Ring and Pinion...
Basically pick up a 4 wheeler magazine and go from there...
Moser makes a nice 35-spline one for $190! good deal
I would recommend going up to the 35-spline axles if you going to put a spool in there... not sure how the 31's will hold up...
Uzi... Yamaha Sleds, Honda Bikes, and Ford Trucks....

I look into Moser Engineering, www.moserengineering.com. My local rear end guy said they make some kick-a$$ stuff for the 9". They will build a complete 35rd memeber set-up for you!
I am personally getting their following stuff:
35-spline spool
Nodular Case
Large bearing pinion support
1350 u-joint Yoke
4.89 US/Strange Gears
Complete Timken Bearing set starting @ $1155
35-spline Alloy Axles $295
So for a total of $1450 you will have an indestructable 9" Rear end!! This will handle up to 600hp and 44"'s if you wish. I only plan on running 38"'s and 300 hp.
I have also had a company who will convert my Dana 60 rear I have sitting in my field to 5 lug ends that will accept all the 9" Brakes. but unfortunately.. they are in Oregon. and the need the housing to do the work... it will cost me about $125 to do the shipping each way... so I am just gonna stick with the 9"
Good Luck!
